earth growth I work with a wide range of clients that present a variety of unique circumstances. However, there is a common thread, they are all working to reach their full potential.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation. I am available for a consultation via phone or in person at my office. During our initial meeting we will discuss your specific areas of concern as well as assess if we are the right client/therapist fit. From here, we will be able to discuss how you see therapy fitting into your life.

Therapeutic consultation is a great way for you and I to get to know one another and to see if we might be a good fit. This also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about what to expect if we are to work together as well as any specific things you would like me to know about you. This is also a good opportunity to let me know what you may be hoping to get out of therapy. Consultations are a great way to get to feel for a therapist without having to commit to a full 50 minute session. I always recommend to  have a consultation with at least three potential therapists so that you can make an informed decision about who you would like to work with.

Rates & Insurance

Rates:

  • Average Session Fee: $120

Insurance:

  • I currently do no accept insurance, however, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to see if this is an option.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Coverage Parity laws require most health plans to apply similar rules to mental health benefits as they do for medical/surgical benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Please note the cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
